ATTENTION!
The abstracts’ authors must previously register for the Congress and pay the registration fee until May 15th; 2010.The abstracts submitted without having a registered author will NOT be accepted.
1. FIRST AUTHOR: please, state the name, surname and the institution of the author. Tick “Presenting Author” if the registered author will present the abstract during the Congress. 2. Please, press the Next step button.
3. AUTHORS:add the abstract’s number of authors and press “No. of authors” button in order to open the necessary fields and introduce the name, surname and the institution of the authors. If you wish to eliminate one of the already added authors, please press the “Cancel” button. To add authors, press the “Add authors” button and fill in the open fields with the necessary information.
4. Press the Next step button.
5. CONTACT: fill in with the presenting author’s coordinates or of any other person that can be contacted in the event of any difficulties.
6. Press the “Next step” button.
7. ABSTRACT: before submitting the abstract, please visit the Rules for the Scientific Abstracts’ Registration section. Edit the headline using capitals, mention the type of the desired presentation (oral communication, poster) and select the thematic that your abstract belongs to.
8. Press the Finalize button.
9. After finalizing the process, you will receive an e-mail confirming the online registration of your abstract. Any changes/ additions to the online abstract registration form are available until May 15th, 2010, by accessing the link written in the e-mail. These alterations can only be performed once.
