The registration process for the Congress can also be done by using the Online Registration system.

Registration fee
The registration to the Congress becomes valid once the evidence of payment is received (copy of the bank transfer) or as soon as the credit card information is confirmed.
All the participation taxes include VAT 24%.
The Participants’ Registration fee includes:
(1) Participation to scientific events; (2) Access toposters’ area; (3) The Congress’ materials (name badge, bag, “Final Announcement” brochure and the “Abstracts Book” of the Congress); (4) Access to the specialized exhibition; (5) Participation to the Welcome Cocktail; (6)Participation to the Farewell Party; (7) Participation to coffee breaks; (8)Certificate of attendance mentioning the CME issued by the competent authorities.
The Accompanying Persons’ Registration Fee includes:
(1) Name badge; (2) Access to the specialized exhibition;(3) Participation to Welcome Cocktail, (4) Participation to coffee breaks.

Note:
The Organizers take upon themselves to provide the bag containing the materials of the Congress only for the participants registered until 31.09.2010
For the participants registered on-site, the bag containing the materials of the Congress will be distributed taking into consideration the existing stock.
